|All US orders will be charged a single, flat rate shipping fee of $2.50. No matter how BIG your package is...you pay one flat rate for shipping within the US. Most packages will be shipped through the USPS with delivery confirmation.|
|Orders generally ship within 24 hours. Items that are custom made, such as Colored Fireline may take longer. Please remember that Sparkle Spot business days are Tuesday through Saturday.|

International -- Canada
|On January 27, 2013 the USPS SIGNIFICANTLY increased shipping charges to Canada. The shipping charge on these orders has been changed to reflect USPS Priority Mail rate which is currently $18.00 USD. Should you have a small order or prefer to have your order shipped First Class mail, you may contact us directly with the items you wish to purchase and we will be happy to provide the First Class mail shipping rate.|
International -- Other
|Orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S. and Canada will be charged a single flat rate fee of $25.00. Please note that international orders cannot always be shipped same day. |
International customers, including our Canadian customers, may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches their country. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and handling.
Returns and Exchanges
|E-mail any questions before buying. We want you to be pleased with your purchase or contact us immediately. Returns or exchanges are accepted for items with material defects that would normally be the responsibility of the manufacturer. Gemstones are natural materials and may have slight variations in size, shape or color. The item photographed is representative although the item you receive will be as exact as possible. |
We do not accept returns on special orders. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state.
